About Me
Welcome! I’m Lucy, a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor.
Some of my identities include: neurodivergent, queer, female, and person of colour.
In sessions, my identities may show up as lived experience, empathic understanding, and authentic curiosity about your unique worldview. While I may share some common challenges as those with similar backgrounds, I understand that could never know exactly what it means to be YOU.
At my core, I am dedicated to providing a flexible, collaborative, and safe space where everyone can explore their mental well-being without judgment. If something isn’t working for you, I want to know!
My mission is to offer resources and guidance to help each individual on their journey to more health, ease, and connection. I might share tools I’ve personally found helpful and offer evidence-based resources that many before me have found effective.
You may find that I follow nonlinear conversations with ease, use a lot of metaphors, or sometimes need a quick pause to let my mouth can catch up with my brain. I welcome your unique communication style, processing speed, and ways of being... No need to mask here!
If any of this resonates with you so far, feel free to reach out for a free consultation. No pressure, no obligation, and no cost!
I am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
